THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the Division of Provider Operations. As a Human Services Program Specialist , you will have the chance to utilize your skills and expertise to analyze, develop, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate our programs and processes. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Human Services Program Specialist, you will review, analyze, coordinate, and implement internal processes to mitigate provider non-compliance related to corrective action plans. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing, analyzing, processing, monitoring, tracking, and reporting overpayment recovery efforts to address provider non-compliance. You will also Identify, coordinate, and impose adverse actions against OLTL providers, if applicable.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison with other bureaus within OLTL, Community HealthChoices Managed Care Organizations, and business partners to identify potential impacts of program changes for OLTL providers and support operations. You will also provide technical and analytical assistance to all OLTL providers. In addition, you will support the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of system changes.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
+ Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 5 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:
+ One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
