Service Technical Support Specialist 1417876 * Hourly pay: $23/hr * Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Roseville, CA 95747 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading technology company seeks a Service Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will support our manufactured test equipment by performing internal and external customer satisfaction through effective communication, innovation, and direct application of technical skills. Service Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities: * Manage testing, calibrating, assembling, and disassembling of electronic instrument products to maintain functionality and accuracy. * Clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting field staff and customers. * Perform adjustments, calibration, and basic repairs. * Escalate more difficult repairs to experienced technicians. Service Technical Support Specialist Qualifications: * Experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment. * Some education, specialized training/certification, or military experience. * Experience using automated calibration software platforms (STE, PC Based, METCAL, TME, etc) is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills. * PMEL experience strongly desired. * Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence. * Calibration and repair knowledge of a wide variety of our equipment.
