    As a Deburring Technician with PCB Piezotronics, Inc, you will work from will work from drawings and/or written instructions and tool sheets to properly deburr parts.

    Additional Duties:

    + With assistance, performs daily deburring activities using a variety of hand tools and machinery. Regularly uses a microscope to view, inspect and deburr parts.

    + Performs transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as necessary.

    + Under supervision, uses microscope and other high end measuring equipment to view and inspect parts.

    + Ensures conformance of finished work to confirm compliance to tolerance and company specifications under supervision.

    + With assistance, may perform other ancillary activities such as rework or repair of machined parts.

    + May be required to load and operate Tumbling machine or other simple equipment.

    + Performs other related duties as directed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Education: High school graduate or GED

    + BOCES Machine Shop classes; or Skilled trade school graduate

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated problem solving skills

    + Demonstrated experience in order of operations

    + Inspection measuring equipment knowledge

    + Blueprint reading skills
