    Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

    **Compensation:** $21.55/HR

    **Shift:** Second Shift

    **Shift Differential:** +$0.50/HR

    A Day in the Life:

    + Workers primary responsibility is to successfully ship out orders of the day in a timely, safe and productive manner

    + Performs powered industrial truck pre-use safety inspection checklist

    + Reports malfunctioning powered industrial trucks and uses lockout/Tagout SOPs

    + Directs, stages and places all material in or outside the building using proper material handling equipment

    + Picks, prepares, packages, documents, labels, and ships all material according to prescribed regulations and using accurate dispatching equipment

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience:

    + Preferred: Work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

    + Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    + Ability to read and write in English

    + Candidates who are committed to working in a safe and efficient manner.

    + Worker must be capable of operating powered industrial trucks, forklift operator experience is helpful

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    + Candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with hazardous and non-hazardous materials

    + Ability to work alternately in a seated or standing position is required
