DESCRIPTION
This is a **\#hybrid** position, working **3 days** in the office
You will lead the development and execution of **catalog operations for our eCommerce clients** . You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a reliable “ **source of truth** ” for product data, **optimizing workflows** , and **managing a portfolio of catalog-focused clients** .
You’ll oversee a **team** of **domestic** and **global resources** , drive operational efficiency, and ensure profitability through effective P&L management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ **Lead and mentor** a team of catalog managers and specialists, fostering growth and development.
+ Own client relationships and ensure delivery of services outlined in the scope of work (SOW).
+ Develop and implement **catalog best practices across platforms** (e.g., **Amazon/Walmart** ).
+ Identify process gaps, create SOPs, and lead training initiatives.
+ **Manage** revenue forecasts, cost controls, and team resourcing to meet financial targets.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to **enhance service delivery** and client retention.
+ **Drive innovation** and cross-sell opportunities within catalog-only accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in Amazon or eCommerce catalog management.
+ 5+ years in an agency or client-facing environment.
+ Deep understanding of Amazon platforms and catalog best practices.
+ **Proven leadership experience** , including managing global teams.
+ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
+ Solid grasp of **eCommerce, retail channels,** and **P&L fundamentals** .
