Whispers Lounge is where Guests come to unwind with lake views, crafted cocktails, and a relaxed upscale atmosphere. Behind the scenes, our Barbacks keep the bar running smoothly—and we're looking for someone who's ready to jump in and be part of that energy.

This is a hands-on support role where you'll stay busy, learn fast, and be part of a tight bar team. It's a great fit for someone interested in hospitality, bar work, or growing into a bartender position.

Job Basics:

+ Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

+ Schedule: Part-time; evening and weekend availability required

+ Experience: Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred

+ Age Requirement: Must be at least 19 years old (per Idaho law)

+ Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods

What You'll Do:

+ Keep the bar stocked with ice, mixers, glassware, and supplies

+ Run glassware through the dishwasher and help keep the bar spotless

+ Support bartenders during service by anticipating needs and staying steps ahead

+ Help servers bus tables, greet Guests, and keep the lounge looking sharp

+ Communicate clearly and work closely with your team to ensure smooth service
