We’re seeking a **Level 3-Maintenance Technician** to maintain and repair equipment, ensuring production deadlines are met safely and efficiently. This role involves a deeper understanding of equipment, including robotics, and the opportunity to lead and train others.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Learn and manage tools and equipment usage
+ Assist with preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs
+ Troubleshoot, program, and maintain robotics and other equipment
+ Work independently and regularly problem-solve
+ Lead and train new team members
+ Support production deadlines while ensuring safety
Ideal for candidates with strong mechanical knowledge and leadership skills.
