Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager with Salesforce Experience Cloud to lead the development and delivery of multiple Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, including Business System Analyst, Developers and QA engineers. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional engineering teams, driving end-to-end technical execution, and delivering customer-facing portals that support scalable business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Skills and Requirements

o 10+ years professional experience, 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud.

o 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing development teams.

o Proven experience in delivering multiple Experience Cloud initiatives.

o Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.

o Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization options.

o Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. null
