    Job Title: Material Staging Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated individuals to manage inventory tracking within our warehouse. The role involves monitoring equipment flow using SAP and cross-training in parts tracking with Excel, requiring proficiency in basic Excel functions. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs while carrying parts. This position demands significant computer usage.

    Responsibilities

    + Track inventory as it arrives and departs the warehouse.

    + Monitor equipment using SAP, though prior SAP experience is helpful but not mandatory.

    + Cross-train in another area for parts tracking to ensure timely processing.

    + Utilize Microsoft Excel for parts tracking, requiring experience with Excel and basic functions like filters.

    + Expedite shipping and receiving processes.

    + Perform data entry related to shipping.

    + Maintain warehouse inventory efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic functions.

    + Experience in shipping, receiving, and data entry.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs.

    + Computer proficiency.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience working with work orders.

    + Experience tracking inventory using inventory software.

    + Ability to track and input data accurately.

    + Knowledge of warehouse inventory management.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring standing for the full 8-hour shift. Various shift options are available, including 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30), 6th shift (Mon-Thurs 15:00-1:30), and weekend shifts (7th and 8th shifts). Weekend shifts offer flexibility in achieving a 40-hour workweek by adding 4 hours during the weekdays. Lunch breaks and short breaks are provided during shifts.

    This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
