Regular, full-time position at the Rubin White Clinic Pharmacy Refill Center | Schedule is M-F 7-3:30

Pay will start between $15 - $16 per hour

Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** As a Pharmacy Clerk at the Refill Center, you will be responsible for packaging prescription orders for either mailing or pickup at the clinic. Your duties include ensuring the accuracy of outgoing orders, offering customer service, and keeping the work area tidy and adequately stocked. You will report to the Director.

Primary Tasks:

1. Package prescription orders for mailing or clinic pick up per order type requirements specific to the medication and shipping carrier.

2. Maintain adequate stock of packing supplies including sacks, envelopes, boxes, tape, label, paper, and auxiliary stickers.

3. Perform routine maintenance of document printers, label printers, Auto-Bagger spool including replacing paper, toner, labels, bags, and clearing jams.

4. Sort mail orders by carrier, destination, and package type into the appropriate cart, pallet, crate, or bag as required by shipping carrier.

5. Arrange orders by clinic and whether the order requires refrigeration or not.

6. Provide customer service, answer telephones, and receive patient data and requests.

7. Review incoming orders, complete receiving reports, and ascertain damage, overage, or shortage and complete reports.

8. File requisition logs and perform other clerical duties.

9. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

* Basic computer knowledge

* Maintain confidentiality in matters pertaining to patients, physicians, staff and hospital
