    Job Description

    + Earn $21 per hour

    + Nightshift - Full Time

    + Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm-530am

    + 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA

    You will contribute by:

    + **Dynamic Unslotting** - Preparing pallets for induction to reserves by downstacking cases (up to 60 lbs) to even layers, taping/wrapping. Auditing cases and correct quantities in WMS where needed. Physically removing empty pallets (60 lbs) and Helper Boards/PSBs from slots and correct in WMS.

    + **Replenishing Shelf Slots** - Physically moving cases (up to 20lbs) from replenisher pallet into shelf slot. Shelf Slots range in height from floor level to X feet high. Audit quantity in shelf and correct quantity in WMS if needed. Preparing replenisher pallet for induction by taping/wrapping. Auditing cases and correct quantities in WMS where needed. Physically removing empty pallets (60 lbs) and Helper Boards/PSBs from slots

    + **Correcting Replenishment Discrepancies** - Auditing the pallets and quantity in slot. Correcting in WMS so that physical count matches WMS inventory records. Creating new replenishments or cancel existing replenishments as necessary.

    + **Hold Pallets** - Removing pallets using MHE (Walkie) from automation slots and/or remove cases by hand from shelf slots that are on hold (ie shelf life, infestation, damage, customer request etc) . Auditing and make corrections to quantity in WMS. Preparing pallets for induction and transport to dock or transport to Asset disposal.

    + **Partner Pallet Pulls** - Removing pallets from pick slots using MHE (Walkie) to help support Partner BU needs including pulling shippers for Outbound and removing mistags & cross inducts.

    + **Reslotting** - Initiating reslot when the following occurs: Case dimensions or physical attributes incompatible with shelf slot selection, demand requires larger capacity slot, rails or plates are broken and are unsafe to select from. If locations are broken, update appropriate setting in WMS.

    + **Cleanouts** - Unslotting items as directed by lead or supervisor daily. Setup and teardown weekly Distro aisles. Prepare pallet for induction by down stacking cases and securing pallet with wrap/tape. Auditing and make corrections to quantity in WMS. Preparing pallets for induction.

    + **Inventory Accuracy** - Auditing is required on all pallets handled to ensure inventory accuracy

    + **Item Setup** - Use Cubiscan equipment to measure cases as needed. Report measurements for update in WMS

     

    What’s a great way to stay in shape?

     

    + Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

    + Continually walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

    + Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

    + Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

    + Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

    + Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools

    We’re searching for candidates with:

    + One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment including Electric Pallet Jack (Single & Double)

    + Experience with ES3 WMS, SAM (shelf slots), ELMO (FTA), Qlik Vu Slotter Scorecard, Excel, Google Mail is preferred

    + Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures

    + Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others

    + Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities

    + Ability and willingness to follow material handling equipment safe operating procedures
