Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Vice President of Product Management** to lead our team responsible for Content Decision Engine solutions. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
+ Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the content decision engine solution in line with the company's mission, values, and business goals.
+ Drive the overall vision for the product suite, setting the standard for design excellence and innovation in partnership with executive management and vital team members.
+ Define and implement the product roadmap, taking into account market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to promote ongoing product improvement and innovation.
Team Leadership and Development
+ Lead, mentor, and encourage a distributed team of product managers, researchers, and engineers.
+ Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management organization.
+ Provide strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Innovation and Research:
+ Supervise and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies related to media planning and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
+ Drive innovation through cross functional collaboration with research, data science, engineering and clients.
+ Collaborate closely with Groupe internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements.
+ Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypothesis with clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other team members to ensure alignment and implement the product vision.
+ Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.
Thought Leadership:
+ Represent the company as an inspiring leader in the community through speaking engagements, conferences, and publications.
+ Drive thought leadership internally by sharing insights, trends, and standard processes.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
+ Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+), specifically in the Advertising Technology space, with focus on dynamic creative, cross-media channel allocation, ad operations, and content production.
+ Consistent track record of successfully driving product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery in a global context.
+ Deep understanding of:
+ creative production in relation to campaign execution
+ cross-functional collaboration/processes in multi-channel campaign orchestration
+ dynamic creative practices and collaborating with 3 rd Party platforms in creative execution (DAM, Ad Servers, DCO Providers, CRMs)
+ Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative out of the box product solutions.
+ Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
+ Strategic attitude with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication abilities and strong collaboration skills across various organizational levels, including executive management, engineering teams, and clients.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
+ Passion for innovation, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and driving continuous improvement in products and processes.

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $256,910 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
