**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | First Shift (8AM–5PM)

**Pay Rate:** $54.37 per hour

At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a sharp, analytical **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant** who’s ready to step into a critical role within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the site controller, you will support the Everett-based business with key planning, forecasting, and analysis to influence decision-making and deliver measurable impact.

_This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license._

What You’ll Do

As an FP&A Consultant, your day-to-day will include:

+ Preparing and presenting monthly internal and external financial reports.

+ Partnering with cross-functional teams (Program Management, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to assess financial risks and opportunities.

+ Supporting forecasts for bookings, revenue, earnings, and cash flow.

+ Delivering detailed variance analysis against forecasts and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).

+ Assisting with month-end closing processes and maintaining regular financial reporting cadence.

+ Uploading and analyzing production hours data.

+ Providing back-up support to accounting staff as needed.

+ Responding to ad-hoc financial requests in a fast-moving environment.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.

+ Strong background in variance analysis and financial forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Familiarity with FP&A, cost accounting, and burden rate analysis.

+ Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing or engineering-driven environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

+ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial platforms such as OneStream or Hyperion.

+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
