Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

+ Ensure food preparation meets health and safety regulations and quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.

+ Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to provide efficient and seamless food service.

+ Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet our high culinary standards.

+ Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Check out customers using the POS system, ensuring smooth service during peak times.

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting.

+ Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

+ Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.

+ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
