As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will wear dual hats, providing both high-level administrative support to senior leaders and coordinating office operations to ensure smooth functionality.
The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Responsibilities
+ **Administrative Support:**
+ Provide proactive administrative support to leaders at the Director and/or Vice President levels.
+ Actively contribute to the development and execution of various enterprise-wide projects and goals.
+ Respond to and direct inquiries from internal and external sources.
+ Create, consolidate, and route reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
+ Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions on behalf of leaders and their teams.
+ Maintain executive contact information and filing system processes.
+ Coordinate the administrative execution of all business meals, on-site meetings, and events.
+ **Office Coordination:**
+ Support front desk operations, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
+ Screen, badge, and announce visitors in accordance with security procedures.
+ Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous manner.
+ Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail deliveries, and facilitate shipping and receiving of office items.
+ Maintain office and breakroom supplies, and schedule office equipment maintenance.
+ Coordinate conference room set-up, catering, and IT equipment requests.
+ Contribute to the completion of various projects and goals for Administration, Human Resources, and Security.
+ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 6 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 7 years of relevant work experience.
+ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint is required.
+ Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and coordinating meetings, events and travel.
+ Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment.
+ Must be able to develop solutions to complex problems requiring a high degree of ingenuity and innovation.
+ Must have experience in influencing or developing goals and objectives.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience with Security and Safety protocols, ensuring compliance and smooth operations within the office environment.
+ Proficiency with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management systems, streamlining travel and expense processes.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
+ Knowledge of advanced office management practices and experience in improving office efficiency and productivity.
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
Additional Information:
This position will require support between two locations on a rotating and as-needed basis. The locations are less than 5 miles apart.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $33.38 - $45.90. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
