    PROJECT COORDINATOR, HUMANITARIAN SUPPLY CHAIN LAB, Center for Transportation & Logistics, will assist with day-to-day operations of multiple research projects; coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders; support the development and monitoring of project plans and milestones; track key metrics and project documentation; contribute to survey and data analysis; assist with literature reviews and market research; support the development of reports and presentations; facilitate team meetings and project communications.     Job Requirements

    REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of experience in administrative or project/program coordination; ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with quantitative analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R; ability to contribute to reports and data analysis; demonstrated organizational skills; and familiarity with team collaboration. PREFERRED: Degree in engineering, business, social sciences, statistics, or a related field; experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project); ability to work independently in a dynamic environment; strong problem-solving mindset; and demonstrated interest in humanitarian logistics or international development.
