    The Kansas City Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Service Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.

     

    The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication.

    Position Requirements:

    + High School Diploma

    + Intermediate Computer Skills

    + Previous Supervisor experience preferred

    + Planning, organizing and leadership skills

    + Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines

    + Calm, polite, and professional behavior

    + Strong customer service skills

    + Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

     

    Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
