Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
The Product Operations team is looking for a Product Analyst. The Product Operations mission is to optimize the intersection of Product, Engineering and Business Solutions as the organization continues to scale. Product Ops is the operational partner to Enterprise Product facilitating cross-team collaboration, analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data, driving experimentation, creating standards and best practices, accelerating feedback loops, and informing product strategy based on data-driven insights. We are the Pit Crew for Enterprise Product. This team is part of Technical Operations which has a long-range goal to provide our businesses with a centralized, lean, end-to-end supply chain that will simplify content acquisition to distribution. The organization currently supports hundreds of internal and external products and services. We are looking for this Product Analyst to step into that ecosystem and pursue our vision of scalability, reusability, and unified architecture using data-driven insights.

+ Monitor User Behavior trends across our products and services to identify areas of improvement as well as Value delivered
+ Measure effectiveness of our Product process, identify gaps, and create solutions to improve efficiency
+ Analyze and transform various datasets to provide data-informed solutions to our partners
+ Track unique features deployed in destination products to understand Feature ROI
+ Empower Ways of Working across Enterprise Product using data and automation to enhance our end-to-end processes from intaking requests to releasing development
+ Contribute directly to the company’s success by setting and measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) across the entire Enterprise Product Organization
+ Build and own automated reporting templates such as KPI health, Product Roadmaps, and Project Reliability and train our partners to adopt a streamlined approach
+ Run experiments across products, process, and reporting mechanisms to test hypotheses and impact change across our Ways of Working
+ Document user journeys and data flows spanning across financial, content, scheduling, rights, fulfillment, and marketing systems
+ Study current applications, as well as new technologies, to understand capabilities and create guides and documentation to educate cross-functional groups
+ Execute sophisticated data visualization to tell engaging stories and effectively communicate
+ Champion the Process as our product.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 3+ years of experience supporting technical teams in the delivery of business-critical systems and solutions with process management and improvement within Engineering, Architecture, or Product teams
+ Ability to communicate with transparency to both technical and non-technical individuals
+ Strong interpersonal skills with great self-awareness
+ Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Willing to learn continuously with an open mind
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or communication fields
+ Experience in a Product Management environment
+ Passion for technology, AI innovation, and operations
+ Experience in Change Management and increasing adoption of business processes
+ Desire to work in media and transform the future of our business
+ Eager to use data to create transparency and tell meaningful stories to and for the business
+ Willingness to move quickly, ask questions, and identify problems before they begin
+ History with diagram software such as Lucidchart, Figma, Mural, or Omnigraffle
+ High understanding of data analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, and PowerBI and how they are critical systems for all Ways of Working within a Product ecosystem
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $70,000 -$95,000
