    Heavy Equipment Operator

     

    Type: Full time Compensation: Hourly, South Dakota Prevailing Wage Rates

    Position Overview

    The Heavy Equipment Operator is required to excavate, move, grade, and/or compact earth under general supervision of a Field Foreman in a safe, effective, and appropriate manner. Routine maintenance and repair to equipment in addition to other duties are also required. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front-end loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors, snow blowers and other pieces of equipment. The Heavy Equipment Operator must also clean and ensure all equipment is in proper condition. Please provide past 5 season experience to include equipment operated and type of work performed.

     

    South Dakota Davis-Bacon Act Wage rates will apply with this project.
