    Field Product Specialist

We're looking for a Field Product Specialist to be a critical technical voice within our cross-functional team. This role blends technical mastery with customer engagement, focusing on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and delivering solutions that align with customer needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve as a technical expert to support customer teams with product differentiation, demos, and proofs of concept.

    + Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to customer requirements.

    + Provide in-depth product knowledge and ensure timely communication across internal and external stakeholders.

    + Work directly with customers to identify new opportunities, define project scopes, and support existing applications.

    + Partner with sales teams on strategic account planning and execution and deliver viable and robust product solutions to customers.

    + Develop, coordinate and deliver product demonstrations which display the value of our solutions with prospects and clients.

    + Works closely with customers to define projects, identify new opportunities and support existing sustainment activities.

    + Strategic planning in partnership with the sales team on all accounts.

    + Develop relationship with customer (as defined in account plan; focus on technical/operation decision makers)

    + Keep informed on competitors, industry news and trends, products services, relevant information about legacy, existing, emerging technologies, and the latest product-line development.

    Basic Qualifications & Skills

     

    + Bachelor or higher degree in electronic/computer engineering or related fields or equivalent experience

    + 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor testing industry.

    + Hands-on ATE experience with Teradyne platforms such as UltraFlex, Flex, J750, Magnum, Maverik, or similar systems.

    + General understanding of ATE industry trends as well as competitive products and product positioning will be a plus

    + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

    + Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.

    + Possess team skills and has ability to work independently

    + Ability to work with customer and international teams

    + Excellent judgment and problem solving skills

    + Willingness for international travel up to 25%

     

    Compensation

     

    + The base salary range for this role is $156,300-$250,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

    + Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.

     

    There is no international relocation available for this position.
