Job Description
Provides technical direction, guidance and support for architectural development that encompasses multiple technology disciplines, platforms and applications. Facilitates creation of architectural blueprints as documentation of design and systems integration. Ensures projects are designed within approved enterprise architectural standards and are implemented successfully. Coordinates communication to management and teams regarding project development, strategy and goals. May function as a Project Leader. Provides direction and mentoring for less experienced staff.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Ten or more years of experience across multiple technology disciplines
- Three or more years of project/team leadership skills experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Experience **designing and engineering enterprise scale cloud architecture**
+ Previous experience migrating **enterprise applications to public cloud (Azure preferred)**
+ Experience **using, designing, and developing Microservices.**
+ Experience designing and implementing solutions that integrated with other internal or vendor platforms.
+ Experience with open-source technologies like **Java, Springboot, Kafka, etc. and containerization.**
+ Exposure to . **NET Framework/Core, MS SQL Server**
+ Familiarity with **IBM Mainframe**
+ Proven ability to design **complex distributed applications** built for high performance and throughput while being scalable and reliable
+ Possesses expertise in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices in an agile environment
_Location Expectations_
_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00 - $172,590.00
