Director of Growth – Small
Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of Growth to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and revenue planning for our small business division—an area of high growth and untapped opportunity. This division supports our expansion into challenger brands and emerging customer segments across the U.S., and is central to Sage’s long-term growth plans.
As this portfolio scales, we face increasing complexity in aligning commercial, product, and planning workflows. The Director of Growth will address a critical need to lead focused execution, bring rigor to forecasting and revenue planning, and ensure seamless coordination across GTM teams. This role is essential to improve predictability, unlock growth levers, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver with agility and precision.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
• Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS or tech solutions, ideally in the small business or mid-market space.
• Deep knowledge of market dynamics, buyer behaviors, and commercial levers that accelerate revenue.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to align stakeholders and communicate effectively across levels.
This role is hybrid in our Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office.

• Build and maintain a clear growth framework, translating product and market insights into executable strategies that fuel both in-year and long-range plans.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve execution blockers, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing around a shared growth agenda.
• Serve as the key strategic partner to the VP of Growth in annual planning, initiative prioritization, and business reviews.
• Establish scalable processes and insights to drive stronger decision-making across the division.
