Looking for student-centered, engaged, and collaborative-minded professionals to support the student success foci of our campus mission, strategic plans, and priorities. Best candidates should have experience in or a willingness to prioritize the development of student competencies around transition to college, meaningful connection, communication, and collaborative teamwork.
Your Opportunity to Contribute
+ Student Wellbeing - Develops, facilitates, and delivers student wellbeing programming supporting student retention, persistence, and graduation. C ultivates efforts to support the emotional and social needs and develop personal agency as students transition and persist to graduation.
+ Student Competency/Skill Development - Provides experiential education and skill development to grow students’ capacities to work productively in groups. Develops, interprets, and communicates university, departmental, and advising policies and procedures to meet university and student needs. Advises student organizations and supports leadership and skill development.
+ Program Development - Works with a team to implement efforts to support development and former student engagement, and outreach to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates and facilitates endeavors for higher degrees of recognition and building of collaborative relationships benefiting students.
+ Committee/Collaboration/Liaison Representative - Fosters collaborative relationships with and serves as liaison to academic and student affairs departments and units, faculty, staff, and former students. Serves on university‐wide, division, department and other committees and working groups.
+ Budgeting/Development - Monitors the budget and expenditures for programs, services, and student organizations.
+ Contribution to the Profession - Attends and presents at local, regional, and national conferences and formally contributes to professional associations to enhance the departments and Division of Student Affairs influence in the profession.
+ Assessment - Assesses programs for learning, effectiveness, and future development. Monitors the budget and expenditures for programs, services, and student organizations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ One or more years of experience in student affairs work or related specialty with a bachelor's degree
+ No experience required with a master's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in humanities, social science, or related area, or master’s degree in student affairs, counseling, or related field
+ Related experience and/or student development experience with a master’s degree
+ Student development experience with students from many backgrounds
+ Experience working around student engagement and student success
+ Experience advising programs and organizations, managing the complexities of program development and visibility, budgeting, and assessment
