The Sr. Specialist - ESG Programs will drive development and facilitation of SHI’s Decarbonization Plan across SHI’s global operations, as well as carbon and environmental reporting. The Sr. Specialist will work closely with SHI’s Operations team in the US, UK and other international locations, as well as external technology and services providers. This role is expected to help SHI achieve its corporate sustainability goals and comply with regulatory and voluntary disclosure requirements.
Role Description
• Work with cross-functional teams on process and workflow management, focusing on scalable and efficient workflows
• Build out and standardize official processes and procedures for new projects and programs
• Provide consistent and regular reporting on the effectiveness of projects and programs through recurring meetings and status messaging
• Continually look for ways to increase overall profitability via projects, processes, and tools
• Assist with training initiatives across the department
• Assist in managing project timelines and customer expectations
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new offerings to enhance platform usability and operational effectiveness
• Learn and follow department standards to ensure all projects are conducted professionally and ethically
• Manage internal requests and documentation for marketing activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines and requirements

Skill Level Requirements
• Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied - Intermediate
• Ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation to enhance team productivity and information sharing - Intermediate
• Experience with business tools such as Customer Resource Management, Sales Center, AX, etc. - Intermediate
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding contracts and Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals and requirements - Intermediate
Other Requirements
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to travel 10%
• 2-4 years of experience in a business office, inside/outside sales, or partner sales support preferred
• Willingness to obtain both of the following certifications within 6 months of SHI employment:
o ServiceNow Fundamentals
o CMDB & ITOM accreditations focusing on Discovery and cloud management
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $X - $X which includes a [compensation structure]. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
