    Job Description

    A client in the Golden Valley MN area is seeking a second shift Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The weeknights production supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process at the Golden Valley facility during the night shift. This is a working supervisor, actively hands-on with the night shift team. This includes supervising the digital, dye sublimation, screen, pad, shipping/receiving and packing/assembly departments. The focus of this role is ensuring production targets are met, employees follow company policies, improving processes and supporting all night shift employees.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience and at least 1+ in a Lead/Management level role

     

    Microsoft Excel

    Ability to work 2nd shift SAP B1 null
