.NET Developer – Build What Matters

We’re looking for a talented and motivated **.NET Developer** to join our team! If you enjoy building scalable web applications and collaborating with smart, supportive teammates, you’ll feel right at home here.

In this role, you'll work closely with business analysts, designers, and QA to bring great ideas to life through clean, maintainable code using the Microsoft .NET stack.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Build and maintain high-quality application components based on clear technical specs.

+ Write clean, efficient C# code using .NET Framework (ideally .NET 6 or 7).

+ Develop user-friendly web applications using ASP.NET MVC/Core.

+ Handle backend integration with SQL Server databases.

+ Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure performance and reliability.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and solve challenges.

+ Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retros.

+ Keep documentation up to date for code, processes, and configurations.

+ Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

+ Help with knowledge transfer and onboarding when systems go live.

What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET stack.

+ Solid knowledge of ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core for web development.

+ Strong SQL skills and experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

+ Comfortable working in Visual Studio and with Git-based version control.

+ Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to teammates and stakeholders.

+ Organized and dependable — able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have

+ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

+ Familiarity with frontend tech or modern JavaScript frameworks.

+ A proactive mindset and passion for learning new tech.
