    Our client, _a global leader in medical device manufacturing_ , is seeking a **Regulatory Affairs Specialist** to join their team, _fully remote_ , reporting to Maplewood, MN. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be part of the regulatory affairs team supporting global healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Regulatory Affairs Specialist

    **Location:** Remote, Reporting to Maplewood, MN

    **Pay Range:** $34-36/HR + Benefits

    **Contract Duration:** 12-Month, potential to extend and/or convert

    Job Functions:

    + Updating documentation in technical files related to new legal manufacturer name and address and routing documents for approval in the company internal document database.

    + Fielding requests from global regulatory associates for registrations, locating and sending requested documentation to the global team for in-country submissions.

    + Engaging in other regulatory activities to support spin-off and rebranding activities.

    + Preparing necessary compliance documents to ensure adherence to regulations.

    + Evaluating products and labeling to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Meticulous attention to detail to evaluate information and ensure compliance.

    + Strong critical thinking skills to assess products and understand regulations.

    + Effective time management skills to meet critical deadlines.

    + Experience in compliance document creation.

    + Ability to conduct thorough product assessments and evaluations.
