Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4, you will be part of the Trade Surveillance/Market Abuse team supporting critical business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Business Execution Consultant 4

**Location:** New York, NY

**Pay Range:** $70.00 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.

+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges.

+ Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive effective solutions.

+ Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, to inform decision-making.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

+ Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.

+ Strong understanding of business policies and compliance requirements.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
