The Executive Business Partner (EBP) provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior leaders within the Information Security Office (ISO). This role ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations through expert calendar management, communication coordination, document organization, and project support. The ideal candidate is proactive, discrete, and thrives in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Required Skills:
Serve as a strategic partner to the CISO and ISO leadership, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing briefings.
Manage complex travel logistics and ensure timely submission of authorizations and expense reports.
Support governance activities by preparing agendas, documenting meeting outcomes, and tracking action items.
Draft, organize, and maintain executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Assist with procurement, invoice processing, and budget tracking in alignment with state policies.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with government operations, cybersecurity frameworks, or IT environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Experience supporting budgeting, procurement, policy documentation, or executive project coordination.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work independently while handling confidential information with care.
