We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional professional with deep expertise in the HRIS and Pay Bill modules. This individual will play a critical role in transforming legacy systems to Oracle Cloud by leading implementation efforts, designing system integrations, overseeing data migration, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

Core Capabilities

+ Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HRIS and PayBill modules.

+ Experience in configuring Oracle Cloud applications to meet HR and payroll business requirements

+ Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, particularly related to staffing industry and workforce management

+ Skilled in conducting functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing issue resolution

+ Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes and best practices

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical components

+ Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics within Oracle Cloud, supporting decision-making and compliance

+ Experience in supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and Oracle Cloud release management

+ Experience supporting global implementations and localization requirements

+ Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation during migrations and integrations

+ Understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and workflow configurations

+ Experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas and personalization techniques

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

In this role, you will be actively involved in the functional and technical operations of Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on HRIS and Pay Bill modules. Your day will typically involve:

+ Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions

+ Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules (primarily HRIS and Pay Bill) to meet functional needs

+ Design and support integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems

+ Lead or support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation

+ Troubleshoot system issues, provide functional and technical support, and collaborate with Oracle Support as needed

+ Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts

+ Participate/lead in regular review meetings, documenting progress and presenting key updates to project leadership

+ Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess their impact on existing configurations and processes

+ Collaborate with developers and business analysts to deliver customizations and enhancements in line with organizational goals

+ Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT, UAT, and go-live phases

Required:

+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

+ Total 7 years of IT Experience

+ 3 years of Oracle Cloud HCM/Pay Bill experience in a similar role

Nice to have:

+ Prior experience with legacy ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE) or PeopleSoft

+ Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)

+ Exposure to additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits
