Our client, a residential and commercial property developer is seeking a **Facilities Technician** to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team supporting Property Manager and Tenants in residential and commercial property maintenance & repair. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, their own tools and 2-5 years of property maintenance experience, including ability to make appliance repairs, etc., which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Pay Rate: $28 - $35/hr. D.O.E.

What’s the Job?

+ Perform scheduled and non scheduled general repairs, installation and maintenance to ensure continuous and safe operation of commercial properties.

+ Perform painting, light carpentry and minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

+ Directly or indirectly support the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and water distribution, including fire suppression.

+ Respond to tenant/manager work requests to include Loft turnovers and communicate status, respond immediately to emergency situations and Tenant/Customer/Client concerns.

+ Directly or indirectly support all exterior grounds activities, including landscaping, groundskeeping, parking lot maintenance and other exterior areas as needed.

What’s Needed?

+ 2-5 years of property maintenance experience

+ High school diploma, trade school cert. preferred!

+ Ability to complete appliance, carpentry, painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

+ Own your own tools highly preferred.

+ Pleasant attitude and professional demeanor and appearance.
