    Job Overview:

    As an Escrow Assistant, you will provide essential support to the escrow department, working closely with escrow officers and clients on residential transactions. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by handling key administrative and customer service tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Open escrow orders and input closing statement information

    + Prepare closing documents and assist with disbursements and post-closing follow-up

    + Communicate requirements and updates to clients and stakeholders

    + Interpret agreements related to closings and prepare necessary transaction documents

    + Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established procedures

    What You Bring:

    + **2+ years of escrow-related experience** (residential preferred)

    + Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

    + Professionalism and a positive, client-first attitude

    + Familiarity with escrow and title systems – **bulk escrow experience a plus!**
