    Contract Duration: 12 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 3-5 years of experience in AR/AP, cash applications, or general accounting.

    + Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

    Daily Responsibilities

    + Cash Applications: Process and apply customer payments accurately and efficiently. Process mail, deposit, scan, and upload customer checks in the Atlanta office.

    + A/P: Process checks to vendors in a timely manner, validate and update system notes to ensure accurate payment tracking and documentation, mail checks out, and support month-end closing tasks as needed.
