Our Fortune 500 Lifesciences client is seeking an HR Representative for a long term contract opportunity. This role is onsite in Draper, UT.
**Location** : Draper, Utah 84020, United States
**Duration** : 6 months with potential to extend
**Schedule** : Monday – Friday | Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point-of-contact for HR inquiries with a focus on delivering empathetic, high-quality service.
+ Execute complex HR tasks under general supervision within assigned functions.
+ Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and service portals; identify solutions and provide accurate HR information.
+ Manage the end-to-end case lifecycle including escalation and follow-up.
+ Utilize process documentation and HR systems to efficiently complete operational tasks.
+ Identify recurring issues or trends and provide insights for continuous improvement in HR services.
+ Support the maintenance and enhancement of HR knowledge base and case management content.
+ Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a shared services environment
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
+ Familiarity with case management systems (ServiceNow preferred)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
+ High attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and high workload volumes
+ Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and employment legislation
+ Ability to interact with employees and management at all levels
+ Customer-focused mindset with an ability to deliver a positive employee experience
