    Grow your career as a Senior Financial Data Analyst with an innovative global bank in New York City, NY. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

    Contract Duration: 12 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelors/University degree (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) or equivalent.

    + 10+ years of Data and Business analysis experience in functional design and documentation.

    + 7+ years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry.

    + Strong experience with client financial metrics, specifically RoTCE (return on tangible common equity).

    + Expertise in Agile/Scrum Methodologies.

    + Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Project Management, and Release Management.

    + Experience with querying, analytics, and reporting in MSaaS/MongoDB/Hive databases.

    + Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like SQL or Python or Big Data.

    + Extensive expertise using Excel for data analysis, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio).

    + Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations and ability to handle communication at senior levels of management.

    + Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical details in a clear, concise manner.

    + Experience with stakeholder management and communicating with senior levels of management teams

    + Excellent technical writing skills, capable of producing high quality requirements documents.

    + Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + MBA in Finance or Financial Certification is a big plus

    + Experience in Client financial metrics is a plus

    + Experience in working with data related projects is a plus

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Apply Data and Business analysis experience and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to create
