    The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

     

    The Sr Sales Operations Coordinator will support D2C lead management, partner communication, agent licensing, sales platform administration, and additional project initiatives. This role requires maintaining CRM systems, managing communication with sales partners, onboard agents, and providing technical support, all while driving process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.

     

    As a** **Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Update and maintain lead volume and CRM queues to ensure daily caps and appropriate workflow.

    + Support lead management efforts by tracking, distributing, and following up on leads to maximizing conversion rates.

    + Manage lead coverage schedules, including potential weekend coverage.

    + Maintain comprehensive sales, lead, and licensing reports and dashboards for data insights.

    + Troubleshoot lead-related technical issues with IT partners.

    + Generate daily, monthly, and YTD lead reports by category and partner.

    + Communicate with sales partners to ensure seamless operations and address inquiries.

    + Analyze and solve specific issues as needed.

    + Share data insights with sales partners to identify trends and improvement areas.

    + Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and best practices to enhance productivity.

    + Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend improvements.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to translate needs into automated processes for improved efficiency.

    + Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to design workflows supporting sales initiatives.

    + Manage agent onboarding, licensing updates, and daily communication with partners.

    + Monitor monthly agent renewal processes to prevent pay delays.

    + Handle sales platform user management, including access and credential setting up.

    + Provide technical troubleshooting and support for sales platform users.

    + Conduct UAT business testing for sales platform rollouts with IT partners.

    + Support D2C pilot projects and other initiatives to drive sales growth and efficiency.

    + Assist in ad-hoc and regular sales reporting for D2C channels.

    + Serve as backup to another sales ops analyst to meet service levels.

     

    The** **Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator position is well suited for you if you:

    + Strong understanding of sales operation processes and systems.

    + Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.

    + Strong Microsoft 365 tool background, including PowerAutomate, Power BI, and Excel.

    What you’ll need:

    + High-School Diploma, GED in general studies required.

    + 3 years of related sales support experience.

    + Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    What will set you apart:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred.

    + Possess a life sales license preferred.

    + Microsoft certifications are preferred.

    + 5 years of related sales support experience.

    + Experience in sales operations or a related field.
