Clean Harbors is looking for an InSite Operations Manager II.The **Regional Quality Assurance Manager** (Insite Operations Mgr II) ensures InSite Programs are staying within the standard established by the National QC/QA manager for their region.

Responsibilities:
+ Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
+ Establish baseline audit protocol for all new waste programs; Communicate and document scope of compliance parameters for each Project location.
+ Work with InSite Ops Manager, Site lead, Branch Manager, and other company resources as needed to provide follow-up and to ensure that corrective actions are tracked; Disseminate “Lessons learned” for benefit of program and internal company audience as appropriate; Provide written documentation of audit results and corrective action plans.
+ Perform site evaluations, formally called site general assessment to track their visits and findings from the visits as well as follow ups from the visit.
+ Review the sites sharepoint site and help update. Ensure they have all JHAs, SOPs Ops Manual and HASP information required.
+ Perform Best in Class in person monthly assessments.
+ Support and help with Implementations and startups.
+ Support and help with Onboarding new hire for new site implementations.
+ Provide coverage when needed for LOA, terminations and/or PTO. When covering and supporting a site: ensure proper packaging of waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance. Transport and store wastes from satellite areas to waste storage area and ensure that each is properly packaged, profiled and labeled prior to shipment.
+ High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors in chemistry, biology, or environmental science preferred.
+ 3+ years of hazardous waste experience
+ Ability to develop and deliver training materials and programs related to environmental health, safety, and hazardous materials management.
+ Familiarity with federal/state regulatory status requirements of Small and Large Quantity Generators
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
+ High school diploma or equivalent required (Degree in environmental studies preferred);
+ Supervisory or management experience in chemical operations preferred
+ 3+ years of hazardous waste experience
+ Ability to develop and deliver training materials and programs related to environmental health, safety, and hazardous materials management.
+ Familiarity with federal/state regulatory status requirements of Small and Large Quantity Generators
+ P&L/Budget experience helpful but not required
+ Knowledge of Federal, state and local environmental regulations
+ OSHA Training and experience
