Key job responsibilities

* Craft and execute the product strategy for innovative, category-creating agentic Alexa+ advertising experiences.

* Develop and articulate strategic roadmaps for agent-driven advertising products that enhance value for both consumers and advertisers.

* Design and implement AI Ads experiences that evolve in response to user interactions.

* Establish frameworks for decision-making and KPIs that foster continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders

- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent

- Experience developing mobile / internet products and technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
