    About the Role:

    As a Medical Billing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our primary care, women’s health services, and neurology practices. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the potential for long-term growth within our team if you thrive in this essential position.

    What You'll Do:

    + Perform data analysis and entry related to claims, payments, collections, corrections, and insurance denials

    + Process payment postings and manage reconciliation tasks with accuracy.

    + Submit claims, review and correct errors, and resubmit for maximum reimbursement.

    + Collaborate with insurance companies for claim resolutions, ensuring timely processing.

    + Work on claim denials with effective follow-up strategies to optimize revenue flow.

    Requirements

    + Familiarity with medical billing and coding specific to primary care, women’s health, and neurology.

    + Experience managing claims, posting EOBs, and submitting corrections at a professional level.

    + Self-starters with strong organizational skills and a customer-service-first mindset are highly encouraged to apply.

    + Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, especially eCW software.

    + Previous experience in medical billing and/or insurance preferred.
