Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator/Recruiter to join our client for a contract through the beginning of November. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment coordination and administrative assignments. If you are passionate about HR, organized, and skilled in multitasking, this opportunity is ideal for you. Responsibilities:
+ Own and manage complex scheduling processes for phone screens, and panel interviews, ensuring seamless coordination across busy calendars.
+ Conduct candidate phone screens (2-3 per day) using a provided question template, identifying key qualifications and determining next steps in the interview process.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to post job openings and refine job descriptions based on department and role-specific needs.
+ Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, particularly for open roles.
+ Manage candidate flow within their system by reviewing resumes, identifying desired skill sets, and communicating updates to hiring managers.
+ Provide recruiting administrative support, including tracking open roles, sending assessments to candidates, and pulling reports for hiring managers to inform decisions.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring priorities, requirements, and availability, facilitating strong communication and seamless execution of interview preparation.
+ Schedule interviews by coordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers, sending confirmations, and sharing follow-up details as needed.
+ Assist with HR-related projects during downtime, such as supporting fall benefits and wellness initiatives.
+ Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams during all phases of the recruitment process.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in corporate recruiting or HR administration.
+ Strong proficiency in scheduling and conducting phone screens.
+ Familiarity with MS Office applications.
+ Solid administrative skills with attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of HR compliance and reporting processes.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
