    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries and tasks, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

    • Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, payments, and account updates.

    • Accurately input data into systems, ensuring all customer information is up to date.

    • Manage email correspondence to address customer concerns and follow up on unresolved issues.

    • Process orders and handle credit card payments securely and efficiently.

    • Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments as needed.

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update reports and documents.

    • Provide support for both inbound and outbound call activities.

    • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.

    • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.

    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Comfortable processing payments and maintaining confidentiality.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
