Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Azusa, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices, payments, and vendor interactions. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining precise financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and necessary approvals.

• Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and receipts to ensure consistency.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and invoices.

• Process payments through various methods, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

• Manage foreign currency transactions while adhering to compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounts payable system.

• Archive financial documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues in a thorough and efficient manner.

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

• Generate accounts payable reports to assist management in decision-making. Requirements • Proficiency in accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and payment processing.

• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with account reconciliation and resolving billing discrepancies.

• Ability to handle check runs and manage vendor payment schedules.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.

• Understanding of compliance requirements for foreign currency transactions.
