    Robert Half Technology (Hampton, VA)


    Description

    We are seeking an experienced SSRS Developer to help improve reporting capabilities after transitioning to a new Jail Management System, Jail Tracker. This role will involve modifying existing reports and creating new ones to support accreditation processes, KPI reporting, and operational insights. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to designing effective reporting solutions and expertise in SQL-based reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and modify SSRS reports to meet organizational needs following the migration to Jail Tracker.

    + Prioritize accreditation reports, followed by KPI-focused reporting solutions.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and propose solutions.

    + Ensure scalability, accuracy, and compliance in reporting architecture.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Strong experience with SSRS and SQL-based reporting.

    + Proven ability to create customized reporting solutions and modify existing structures.

    + Skilled in consulting with teams to define reporting needs and propose technical solutions.

    + Familiarity with jail management systems is a plus but not required.
