Description We are looking for a success-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Guilford, Connecticut. This is a Contract to permanent position within the gas industry, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing detail-oriented support to clients through various communication channels and will contribute to ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage appointment scheduling and dispatching to ensure timely service delivery.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including order processing and record maintenance.
• Respond to customer emails promptly, providing clear and helpful information.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and service requests.
• Demonstrate basic office skills to support daily operational tasks and administrative needs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in call center or customer service roles, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation.
• Strong skills in data entry and maintaining organized records.
• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and dispatching services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic office skills to support operational and administrative tasks.
