Description

Our client, a leading provider in home healthcare services, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join their growing team.

This outward-facing, relationship-driven role is central to driving growth and fostering a collaborative culture rooted in personalized care and service excellence.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in healthcare business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Execution

+ Identify and secure new client referrals through deep relationship-building with community partners and referral sources.

+ Maintain regular contact schedules—including presentations, visits, and follow-ups—with key stakeholders such as physicians, discharge planners, social workers, estate planners, and financial advisors.

+ Represent the organization at community events, fundraisers, and conventions, serving as a visible and professional ambassador.

+ Support the execution of strategic marketing and sales plans.

+ Meet and exceed monthly targets related to new client starts and overall growth.

+ Advocate for clients by identifying resources aligned with their care needs.

+ Assist with care plan development to ensure personalized and goal-driven support.

+ Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare.

+ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

+ Skilled in prospecting, follow-through, and client engagement.

+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
