Job Summary
True Ventures Group is seeking a results-driven, full-time SEO Specialist with advanced skills in both technical SEO and SEO-focused content writing. This position supports all True Ventures brands, including True Care (licensed home care), Andrea’s Angels (personal care/IHSS), and POD Health (virtual health platform).
The ideal candidate combines performance-driven optimization, strong writing capabilities, and an understanding of conversion-focused digital strategy. You will play a central role in growing organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and improving lead conversion rates across multiple patient and caregiver segments.
Responsibilities
+ Plan, write, and optimize SEO-driven content including service pages, blog articles, and condition-specific landing pages.
+ Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned to brand goals, service lines, and audience intent.
+ Implement on-site SEO best practices (title tags, metadata, URL structure, internal linking, schema markup).
+ Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, page speed, mobile optimization).
+ Collaborate with creative, development, and paid media teams to ensure cross-channel SEO integration.
+ Manage local SEO profiles and business listings (Google Business Profile, directory citations).
+ Execute a scalable backlink strategy focused on relevant, high-authority sources.
+ Support editorial calendars and content strategy aligned to monthly brand priorities.
+ Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions.
+ Assist in integrating SEO reporting with platforms like CallRail and Salesforce.

+ +15% increase in organic traffic across primary domains within 6 months
+ Top 10 SERP rankings for 15–20 high-priority keywords within 90–120 days
+ 2–4 SEO-optimized content pieces published monthly (blogs, service pages, landing pages)
+ 80%+ content engagement rate (time on page, scroll depth)
+ Resolution of critical technical SEO issues within 60 days
+ Page load speed under 3 seconds on top-trafficked pages
+ 8–12 quality backlinks acquired per month
+ +10% lift in search-driven conversions over baseline
+ SEO reporting fully integrated into CallRail and Salesforce within first 90 days
Qualifications
+ 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical and content-based SEO
+ Proven writing and editing skills for blogs, service pages, and landing pages
+ Strong proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
+ Experience managing SEO for multiple brands or websites a plus
+ Familiarity with healthcare, senior care, or wellness industries preferred
+ Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and schema markup
+ Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
