POSITION: REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST

Exciting opportunity for an Investment Analyst with highly successful boutique Real Estate Investment Company. The Investment Analyst position is a newly created role due to growth and reports Directly into the EVP of Investment Operations at the firm. This is an outstanding organization that has excellent longevity, above-market compensation including generous bonus' and offers a flexible family first environment for its team. The Investment Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the firm’s acquisitions and asset management team, with a specific focus on the net lease portfolio, including but not limited to: evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities, financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.

Minimum requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/related; Masters Degree a plus

• 1-2+ Years of applicable experience, preferably in a real estate investing capacity

• Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills utilizing Microsoft Excel

• Advanced Microsoft Excel with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

• A creative thinker capable of critical thinking and the ability to draw independent conclusions

• Display a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, accurate and reliable prioritization, strong time management, solid technical skills, and exemplary teamwork
