Description We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Bayport, Minnesota. This role will focus on supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of our company-owned retail business, a dynamic and innovative segment within the organization. You will play a key role in providing financial insights, guiding decision-making, and driving the success of our retail initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted financial advisor by partnering with business leaders to provide analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting support.

• Oversee full profit and loss (P& L) responsibilities for company-owned retail operations, including period-end financial close and reporting activities.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and financial impact of various retail projects.

• Conduct in-depth financial analyses and present actionable recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance profitability and improve financial processes across the organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs and aligning financial strategies to meet business goals.

• Utilize advanced financial systems and tools to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align financial objectives with overall business strategies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with expertise in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust and lead collaborative efforts within a team.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
