    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Part-Time Supply Chain Operations Assistant for our client to support and monitor transactional integrity between NetSuite ERP and the third-party fulfillment center. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless order-to-shipment processing, inventory reconciliation, and issue resolution on a daily basis. This position will be ~15-20 hours a week for 2-3+ months.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor and validate order-to-shipment transactions between NetSuite and our 3PL partner to ensure accurate and timely processing.

    + Identify, log, and resolve transaction failures (such as order sync issues, fulfillment delays, or inventory mismatches) in a timely fashion.

    + Perform daily inventory reconciliations between NetSuite and 3PL warehouse reports, flagging and investigating discrepancies.

    + Assist with data interpretation with new BI tool-reconciling the timing needed for tasks due to synchronization and timing.

    + Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, Customer Operations, Accounting) and external 3PL contacts to resolve issues and ensure data alignment.

    + Maintain documentation of errors, resolutions, and recurring issues to support process improvements.

    + Generate and deliver daily/weekly status reports and exception summaries to the Supply Chain Manager.

    + Assist with ad hoc supply chain tasks, audits, and data clean-up projects.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience working in NetSuite, especially with order management, fulfillment, and inventory modules.

    + Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations and EDI/integration processes.

    + Ability to work with EDI provider to communicate next actions after fixes.

    + Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies quickly.

    + Strong in Excel for data validation, pivot tables, and reporting.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

    Nice to Have:

    + Understanding of overall process of Order to Ship

    + Previous experience in consumer goods, eCommerce, or CPG environments.

    + Working knowledge of EDI flows (850, 856, 810, etc.) is a plus.
