    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. You’ll manage orders from start to finish, maintaining clear communication and delivering a high level of service throughout the process.     Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal production teams to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded

    + Process and manage customer orders from start to finish, including quoting, order entry, and coordinating with estimating

    + Communicate order status, changes, and timelines effectively with customers and production staff

    + Manage invoicing for completed projects, ensuring billing accuracy

    + Resolve customer concerns and issues quickly and professionally

    + Monitor project projects and perform quality checks to ensure due dates are met

    + Prepare proofs or samples for customer review and approval

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction

    + Partner with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and support for customer needs

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

    + 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry

    + Knowledge of printing processes is a strong plus

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment

    + A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset

    Salary & Benefits:

    + The salary range for this position is $58K-$67K

    + Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, and vision

    + 2 weeks PTO
